You have forteen days from the day you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund if you’re not happy with them. The items must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.
We will then refund the cost of the item by crediting your bank card within 2 weeks of receiving it, as long as the following conditions are fulfilled:
- The jewel must be in new condition
- It must not have been worn or used
- It must be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, we will be unable to take back or exchange the article, which will be returned to you at your own expense.

If shipping is from France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, The United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland, the return shipping fees are at our charge and free for you as a customer. In this case, we will send you a pre-paid return waybill. For shipping from other countries, you should return the jewel(s) at your own expense to the following address :

We advise you to carefully wrap the item(s), in an appropriate box, preferebly rigid, to avoid it being damaged during shipping. Articles purchased from our e-shop may not be returned to or exchanged in our shops, corners or any distributors.
