to settle in this authentic parisian bakery
established in 1875.
It's also the expression of a purist baker handcraft
where are transformed the best raw materials,
mostly selected from organic farming,
in the respect of ancestral techniques.
This choice dictate a narrow range,
with only bread and pastries.

with a thick crust and a smooth crumb,
