A collaboration that rhymes with Paris!

Over the last few seasons Medecine Douce has been presenting its own collections in the Musée d'Orsay boutique, the perfect setting for the brand's simple, elegant and very Parisian style.

The Art Deco and Art Nouveau inspirations behind these iconic models highlight the deep connection between the brand and the spirit of the famous Parisian museum.

The success of this first collaboration led to the desire to create an exclusive collection for the Réunion des Musées Nationaux reflecting the essence of this timeless place nestled in the heart of the 7th arrondissement.


Medecine Douce has come up with two collections inspired by the emblematic architectural motifs of the Musée d'Orsay, the building and its history.

Entirely designed and handmade in studios on the rue de Marseille, these exclusive Medecine Douce collections bring together the richness and historical depth of the Musée d'Orsay in creations that reflect the chic Parisian style the designer holds so dear.


In a nod to the bases and pedestals of sculptures and statues in the museum, the Epure collection features marble on the iconic models from the Medecine Douce collections, while the Rosace collection takes up the recurring motif of the vaulted ceiling of the former station: the rosette, set in a stylised square representing the coffers of the ceiling, is presented in a contemporary style with a vintage feel.
