At Medecine Douce, our role is to design surprising jewellery that is constantly renewed in an elegant, bohemian style. Our jewellery is made meticulously in our Parisian workshop by expert French craftsmen and women in a way that is respectful of people and natural resources.

The company SARL SYSIPHE with a capital of 35,000 euros, whose headquarters are located at 10 rue de Marseille, 75010 Paris, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number B 433 230 752 is responsible of processing all personal data collected on the website www.bijouxmedecinedouce.com or in the shop-workshop Medecine Douce located 10 rue de Marseille, 75010 Paris, France.

The complete numbers of your credit/debit card as well as the security code are never accessible to us.

- user account: these account need a password, that is encrypted and known only by you, we can never access it. In case you forget your password, a new password can be randomly generated and will be sent to your email address associated with your user account.

Medecine Douce may share your personal data with the following entities:

- payment service provider: bank institution or PayPal

- technical partner : website host and technical maintenance partner

- logistic and delivery partner: logistic solution and carriers

- marketing partner: commercial emailing, advertising and re-targeting

Medecine Douce ensures the commitment of all its partneres to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation by their own privacy policy and GDPR compliance, and/or a contract clause with these partners, come into effect on May 25th, 2018 and et by tacit renewal during the contract's period. Once the service contract is completed regarding personal data processing, our partners commit to either sending all personal data to Medecine Douce's data controller, or to send all personal data to a new partner designated by Medecine Douce. Any transfer will be followed by the destruction of existing copies in the partner's information systems. Once destructed, the partner must provide written justification of the destruction.
4. Retaining your data
Medecine Douce retains your data as long as necessary to offer you an adequate user experience and reach the goals previously described in this privacy policy, period of time compliant with the legal and regulatory provisions. It is also the case of any partner with work with and with whom we share your personal data for the purpose of performing a specific service on our behalf. The data of Prospects and Customers are deletable upon simple request at contact@bijouxmedecinedouce.com . If we no longer need to use your information and no longer need to retain them to respect our legal or regulatory obligations, we will delete them and will ask our partners to do so as well, or will anonymize the data in order to not be able to identify you.
