Returns & Exchanges

If your order doesn't exactly meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days starting from the reception of your parcel. The jewels or items must be returned new, unworn and with their original packaging.

Before shipping your return, to insure its best treatment, we advise you to contact us via email at the following address contact@bijouxmedecinedouce.com. We will confirm the details of our return/exchange procedure, and if needed specify the availability of the desired jewelry. We will also send you a prepaid return waybill (if eligible) to return the items.

The returned jewels must be:
- new
- unworn and unused
- sent in their original packaging.

Returns are free of charge for all orders delivered to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lituania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

We will proceed to your refund with 15 business days. Your refund can only be credited through the means of payment used for your order (credit/debit card or PayPal account).

Please specify in your email which other reference or color you wish to exchange your initial order with. We will put the jewel aside for you if available, and ship it as soon as we receive the initial one.
