All our online orders are prepared within a half business day, then shipped. From 100€, enjoy free shipping for metropolitan France and from 200€ from the European Union (excluding express delivery). The delivery times may vary depending on which mode you have selected.

As soon as we ship our order, you will receive a tracking link via email. Check your spam if you have received it already!

We offer several delivery options:

Click and collect allows you to order online and pick your order up in our Parisian shop, during its opening hours. This service is free for all order, with no minimum amount.

We work with an ecologic courier compagny, driving electric scooters to deliver your order directly to you, in Paris and the close suburbs. Your order will be delivered within a 3 hour time slot after its preparation, from Mondays to Fridays between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Courier delivery is offered from 100€ d’achats for Paris, Aubervilliers, Bagnolet, Boulogne Billancourt, Charenton le Pont, Clichy, Issy les Moulineaux, La Plaine St Denis, Le Pré Saint Gervais, Les Lilas, Levallois Perret, Montreuil, Neuilly sur Seine, Pantin, Saint Mandé and Saint Ouen. Courier delivery is offered from 200€ for all others cities eligible to courier delivery. Below 100€, shipping fees apply.

Standard shipping by Colissimo is delivered with signature to ensure that you are given a high-quality service and that the parcel is handed over directly to you. The delivery times announced on our website are those given for guidance purposes by Colissimo and start from the shipping of your order (within a half business day).

Standard delivery in metropolitan France is free for all orders over 100€, and over 200€ for Europe, French Over-Seas Departments and Territories and Maghreb. Below 100€, shipping fees apply.

Pick-up point deliveries with Colissimo are available only for metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, and allow you to choose a delivery in your post-office, at a pick-up point or at a «Pick-up Station ». You will be noticed when your parcel arrives in your pick-up point by an email and/or an SMS from Colissimo. The delivery times announced on our website are those given for guidance purposes by Colissimo and start from the shipping of your order.

Pick-up point delivery is offered from 100€ for metropolitan France. Below 100€, shipping fees apply.
